CAA is a medium sized law firm with a dedicated team of staff who are highly specialized in their respective areas of service. Our firm endeavours to work hand in hand with our clients, and to provide proactive legal solutions, with the key objective of meeting our clients’ needs. We delivers timely and cost-effective solutions to a range of legal issues with an emphasis on thorough research and meticulous planning. When possible and appropriate, client matters are concluded without resort to litigation. And when this is not possible or appropriate, CAA will aggressively defend the rights and interests of its client though litigation, negotiations, trials, reviews and appeals. It is With the same spirit and dedication that CAA will handle other non-contentious legal matters.

Overview
Our firm is conveniently located near the law courts and one the fastest growing financial hub in Nairobi and just few kilometres from the central business district with free humble parking within the compound.
CAA offices are designed with business practicality in mind. We would like our clients to think of our offices as their business and information centre, fully equipped and business enabled to meet the current demands having in mind the needs of the modern business person. Our offices are wireless internet (WI-FI) enabled to enable our clients who own WI-FI enabled gadgets to freely access information from the internet.
Organisational structure
The firm is currently run by two partners who are all qualified advocates of the High Court of Kenya and one associate and a number of consultants legal and non-legal.
The support staff includes the Administration Secretary, Accounts Clerk, Court Clerk and a Messenger who are all qualified and dedicated to provide our esteemed clients with excellent services.
Fees
Our fees are calculated in conformity with the provisions of the Advocates Remuneration Order, Advocates Act Cap16 of the laws of Kenya plus applicable tax at the prevailing rate.
